Hello,
My name is Zach Elmer and I am a top field consultant at Artown Roofing & Contracting. I have been learning the building trades from a very young age from my father. He has recently retired from his position as a union trim carpenter.
After graduating from Troy Buchanan High School, I went on to become a union painter. I worked in the coatings industry for nine years. After many years in the business I opened my own painting company catering to the high-end and custom remodeling markets in the Metro St. Louis area. During that time I met my wife and started a family. Together we have been blessed with two beautiful children. We currently reside in Old Monroe, Mo and love its "small town" feel. Unfortunately, due to the economic downturn, especially in housing, I was forced to reconsider my choice of work.
I started sending out my resume to industries that I could parlay my strengths into. I applied for many positions and was offered many as well. My choice to work for Artown Roofing & Contracting was based on information that potential customers might also use, track record with the BBB, etc.
Since, I have become honored to be a part of this team, working to help homeowners get the repairs they deserve and the quality we all demand.
